This product is ideal for creating decorative, non-load-bearing walls and roofing in buildings using lightweight panels like paper-faced gypsum or decorative gypsum boards as finishing touches. Perfectly tailored for roof decorations, foundational materials for interior and exterior walls, and scaffolding ceilings, these steel joists serve various architectural needs. Available in multiple classifications, including ceiling and partition joists, they feature versatile cross-sectional forms-V-shaped, C-shaped, T-shaped, L-shaped, and U-shaped. Their identification follows a specific order: product name, code, width, height, steel thickness, and standard number. For instance, a C-shaped ceiling joist measuring 50mm in width, 15mm in height, and 1.5mm in thickness follows the designation light steel joist for construction DC50×15×1.5GB11981. Their appearance should be impeccably flat, with distinct edges and corners, and free from burrs or deformations. The protective galvanized layer must be flawless, without peeling, tumors, or shedding.

To ensure impeccable quality, any imperfections such as corrosion, damage, black spots, or pitting must be detected in line with the specifications of Table 2-81.
